Email the address above with as much of this as you have. Every one of these has cost a round trip to ask for at some point:

• What you typed as the topic
• What you expected, and what you got instead
• Roughly when, and whether it worked before
• Phone or computer, and which browser
• Anything the app said on screen, word for word

If a render failed, say so — the server keeps a log against it, and roughly when is usually enough to find it.

Something in a video that shouldn't be there

The footage comes from libraries and public archives, and a picture can be published there wrongly. If you hold the rights to something that has turned up in a video, email the address above with a link to the work and where you saw it, and it will be removed from what the app can reach.
